GRAND RAPIDS MI — The family of a man fired as a Kent County Sheriff’s deputy before his death nine months later has filed a wrongful termination lawsuit. The estate of Marcelo Aranda filed the lawsuit in October, naming the Kent County Sheriff’s Office and affiliated labor unions as defendants.
