GRAND RAPIDS, MI – People in Grand Rapids will be able to rent an electric vehicle later this year for $5 an hour. Grand Rapids city commissioners on Tuesday, Jan. 23, gave unanimous approval to a $500,000 car-share pilot that will run over the next three years and offer people without a vehicle an affordable option to get where they need to go.
