KENTWOOD, Mich. – A 20-year-old who was shot and killed over the weekend has been identified by police. Martin Eduardo Martinez-Ramirez, of Grand Rapids, was killed early Saturday morning. Officers found him dead in his vehicle in the 5900 block of Wing Avenue around 12:30 a.m. He had sustained a gunshot wound and was declared dead at the scene.
