KENT COUNTY, MI – A mother smoked marijuana and consumed alcohol in the hours prior to her 2-month-old baby son’s death, court records show. Jennifer Louise Mast, 39, was arraigned on involuntary manslaughter and second-degree child abuse charges on Wednesday, Jan. 31, in Kent County’s 63rd District Court.
