GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) – Did you know it’s International Optimist Day? Today, BIGGBY Coffee West Michigan is recognizing someone who embraces and personifies positivity with their inaugural Optimist Award! A few years ago, the winner of this award started a movement to bring food to frontline workers during the pandemic. Her outreach has since blossomed and she’s now helping others in other many ways with food, cars, hugs and support.
