GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – Nominations are now being accepted for the annual Roots in Education grant from Lake Michigan Credit Union (LMCU). The grant will distribute $1,000 to 25 teachers to revamp their classroom or teaching process. The prize can be used on classroom supplies, subscription services or anything that will improve the classroom or teaching experience for students.
