SPRING LAKE, MI – Pine Street Cafe is a small-town spot along the lakeshore known for its great brunch options since opening in 1991. Jaime Knudsen took over the long-running spot at 401 Pine St. in Ferrysburg in December 2023, shortly after the original owner Loretta McLaughlin retired after 30 years with the restaurant.
