GRAND RAPIDS, MI – A new Albanian bakery has opened on the city’s Southeast Side, specializing in fresh artisan bread, brunch options, pastries, coffee, and much more. Bujar and Michelle Selimi opened Buka Bakehouse at 884 Forest Hill Ave. SE in December 2023 to serve great bread and various other homemade goods to the Grand Rapids area and West Michigan region.
