GRAND RAPIDS, MI – Investigators found several spent shell casings near a car outside where a young mother was shot to death with her daughter still in the vehicle. The murder trial against Luis Fabian Bernal-Sosa started on Tuesday, Feb. 6, in Kent County Circuit Court with a number of witnesses taking the stand.
