GRAND RAPIDS, MI – A man found not guilty of murder in a 2016 cold case was sentenced to prison on other charges related to the fatal shooting. It’s still unclear who killed then-27-year-old Mark Toliver, but a Kent County jury determined at trial that it wasn’t Omar Dontay Wilson.
