ZEELAND, MI (WHTC-AM/FM, Feb. 18, 2024) – Parking, phones and a strategic action plan are among the items before the Zeeland City Council when it meets on Monday night. During the 7 PM biweekly business meeting, the governing panel will be asked to approve a nearly $54,000 contract with Sentinel to overhaul the city’s municipal phone system. The current setup is nearly two years past its expiration date, with no updates available, and Sentinel’s package was the best from three vendors who had put forward bids. City staffers are looking for $55,400 to be budgeted in total for the project.
