GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — Vice President Kamala Harris will be in Grand Rapids Thursday ahead of Michigan’s presidential primary next week.
The visit is part of the vice president’s nationwide “Fight For Reproductive Freedoms” tour, where she will highlight how advocates and elected officials in Michigan have worked to protect reproductive rights since the overturning of Roe v. Wade, according to her office.
Thursday’s visit marks her fourth visit to Michigan as vice president.
In Michigan, the presidential primary will be held on Tuesday, and early voting is already underway.
