GRAND RAPIDS, MI – Charter Communications plans to close a call center at 335 Walker Ave. NW in Walker in late June, a move that will eliminate 240 jobs. The company made the announcement to the state of Michigan in a WARN Notice, which mandates advance notice of mass layoffs.
