KENTWOOD, Mich. (WOOD) — A 28th Street spot in Kentwood offers three Asian restaurants in one.
Inside the Amazing Food Hall, located at 3740 28th St. SE near Lake Eastbrook Boulevard, customers can grab food from Amazing Myanmar Asian Cuisine, Brunch and Rice or Adobo Boy.
The Amazing Myanmar Asian Cuisine offers Burmese, Thai and Sushi cuisine. The restaurant is owned by a family of refugees from Burma and in 2022 partnered with Meijer to offer free meals to-go in some of its stores.
Brunch and Rice — which began as a pop-up during the COVID-19 pandemic — offers Asian street food, according to its website. The menu offers Hmong, Laotian, Thai food and more.
“The three of us are friends and we (have) known each other for so long,” Adobo Boy owner and operator Jacqueline Marasigan told News 8. “We are food vendors at the Grand Rapids Asian-Pacific Festival.”
