OSCEOLA COUNTY, Mich. (WPBN/WGTU) — A Hastings woman is facing homicide and child abuse charges after the death of a baby in Osceola County. Savannah Miller, 31, was arrested last Sunday when Police were called to an apartment on West Franklin in Reed City and said they found a four-month-old unresponsive.
