KENT COUNTY, MI – The owner of a handgun found in the driveway of a Rockford Public Schools building is charged with reckless use of a firearm, a misdemeanor. The man told Rockford police that the gun fell from his vehicle Tuesday, Sept., 3, when he pulled into the Lewis Street entrance to the schools’ administration building.
