GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — One of the largest art competitions in the world kicks off next week in Grand Rapids.
“Our signature events are going to bookend the event. Each Friday, we’ll have one of our signature events,” ArtPrize Executive Director Catlin Whitington said.
ArtPrize to transform Grand Rapids in two weeks
The events include parades on opening night, a halftime show with a drumline on Sept. 20 and the closing ceremony on Sept. 27.
