Eggs are one of the most highly purchased breakfast food items and we have seen just how serious people can get about their eggs. It wasn’t too long ago that we were paying upwards of $39 for a 60-count box of eggs. That mainly had to do with the avian flu that was going around at the time which caused a lot of eggs to be thrown out.
