GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — On this “To The Point,” we introduce you to one of the new faces heading to Lansing from West Michigan.
Stephen Wooden will represent the 81 st district in Kent County, and he talked about how he will approach his new office and how he’ll work in a divided government.
“Look, I think that we have to remind ourselves that voters expect us to deliver results, expect us to bring a budget on time so our local communities, our school districts can figure out how they are going to deliver key vital services. That means getting a budget done on time by July 1 st ,” he said.
