GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — A deadly shooting spurred by a debt of about $200 now has a second Grand Rapids man facing a lengthy term in prison.
Kent County jurors on Friday found 31-year-old Tiesean Hatchett guilty of several offenses, including second-degree murder, for a 2022 shooting near a southside Grand Rapids bar.
A co-defendant was convicted last year in the same deadly shooting. Leonard Lee Young Jr., 35, is now in prison, serving life without parole.
