GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Mel Trotter Ministries is marking the start of their tiny home village project with a groundbreaking event next week.
Called Hope Village, the development will include 16 tiny homes that have between 400 and 530 square feet of living space. It will take up 1.65 acres next to Next Step of West Michigan, a subsidiary of Mel Trotter and partner in the construction project.
The goal is to help unhoused people get a fresh start in their own homes…
