HOLLAND — Less than six months after warning the eatery would close if sales didn’t improve , Low Carb Grill owner Laurie Penninga announced Monday, March 31, the restaurant has reached the end of the line.
“After much thought and prayer, I have decided to close Low Carb Grill effective immediately,” Penninga wrote. “Every year at this time, I had to decide whether to continue or not. This year, I just (didn’t) have a peace about it.”
