MANTON, Mich. — Members of a Grand Valley State University fraternity are walking 20 miles per day for eight days in memory of a fraternity member named Quinn who died a few years ago.
“He was incredibly bubbly, always smiling. He knew a lot of the members of our Grand Valley community, and it was pretty cool to see how much he brought the community together,” said Drake Ferguson, a recent GVSU graduate who served as the former president of Alpha Tau Omega.
“I didn’t know him very well. I was kind of getting closer to him. I joined his pledge class a little bit later, but I was glad to meet him for the little bit of time that I could.”…
