ROCKFORD, Mich. (WOOD) — Hotel Rose has announced one of the restaurants it will be bringing to downtown Rockford as construction on the boutique hotel continues.
West Michigan chain MudPenny will be opening its fourth location inside Hotel Rose, hotel developer Wheeler Development Group said in a Thursday release. Located on the south end of the ground floor, it will offer “eclectic brunch and dinner offerings,” the release says.
MudPenny was first started as a coffee cart in downtown Grand Rapids. It has since grown to include locations in Grand Rapids and Ada, along with a coffee roastery in the Grand Rapids Boston Square Neighborhood.
