GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — Pronto Pup Grand Rapids is closing its ghost kitchen inside Eastown just a few weeks after its grand opening.
The Grand Rapids franchise celebrated its grand opening inside Franca’s, a pizzeria at 1551 Wealthy St. near Lake Drive, on May 8. It served lunch out of the storefront during lunch hours, while the pizza shop operated for dinner.
Now, the ghost kitchen is closing, it announced in a Facebook post Friday. Its last day open will be Saturday. Its food trucks will continue to operate.

“This post doesn’t come easy to write at all,” the post says. “After a lot of discussion and consideration we are closing the GR Storefront down on Wealthy Street for a lot of reasons.”…
