As we approach summer we sure don’t want to think about the snow and ice winter brings. Slippery driving and walking are a real pain. But, in downtown Grand Rapids a real upgrade is happening.
A heated street and sidewalks are appearing. Certainly nothing new, but in Grand Rapids, especially downtown, it is unique.
