A multi-family home at 32 Pleasant Street Southeast is complete, after ground was broken in September on three separate Grand Rapids sites.
The two other multi-family units are still under construction: one on Cass Avenue and one on Highland Avenue.
The housing is intended for people earning at or around 30% of the area median income, with rent capped at $350 a month for individuals and $650 a month for families.
The homes are all-electric, and all first-floor units are ADA-compliant.
