GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Corewell Health West Michigan said Monday the hospital is forced to reschedule some surgeries due to an anesthesiologist shortage.
In a statement to 13 ON YOUR SIDE, a spokesperson for Corewell Health said West Michigan Anesthesia is terminating its contract with the hospital in September. They also claim the group is not providing enough staffing, forcing the rescheduling.
