GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — An 8-year-old boy with a prosthetic leg is getting a ramp at his home made from plastic bags collected from SpartanNash grocery stores.
Steve was born without a tibia and had to have his leg amputated when he was about 1 year old.
Crews installed the new ramp Tuesday in northeast Grand Rapids.
