Grand Rapids ranked ‘best-run’ city in Michigan

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — Grand Rapids has been ranked 22nd overall in a national review of the United States’ best- and worst-run cities.

WalletHub, a personal finance company, conducts a yearly survey of nearly 150 of the United States’ largest cities and ranks their overall “operating efficiency,” a metric comparing a city’s quality of civil services against its total annual budget.
