Heavy rain, localized flooding more of a concern as severe threat shifts near I-94

MICHIGAN, USA — We are still under a 13 Weather Impact Alert for Wednesday for a severe risk and flooding risk.

However, the severe threat is shifting mostly near and south of I-94 as the warm front is not expected to reach as far north.
