GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — A new food truck has opened recently in Grand Rapids, though this one’s not for people — it’s for their pets.
Rebekah White, founder and owner of Pink Paw Patisserie, started her business in May and has since transitioned into it full-time. The food truck, while only an idea for years but suddenly a surprise success, was born out of White’s healing process after the death of her sibling.
“I lost my brother unexpectedly in 2022, and I really threw myself into work to the point where I got sick,” White said. “I just became really unhappy with everything I was doing, and this idea hit me like a bolt of lightning.”
