Man killed in Niles Township officer-involved shooting

NILES TOWNSHIP, Mich. — A man was shot and killed in an officer-involved shooting on Monday, according to the Berrien County Sheriff’s Office.

The incident happened on Third Street, just south of Fort Street, at about 6 p.m. in Niles Township.
