Advocates say ‘feet first’ is the way to go into the water this summer

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. —

Nate Elenbaas was swimming in Higgins Lake two years ago, something he had been doing for years. But after diving in at a ‘bad angle’ one time, the 24-year-old says he became paralyzed.
