GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — The teen charged in the shooting death of 15-year-old Amillier Penn is set to appear in court for the first time Thursday.
Cartiyae Pascal, 17, was charged with open murder and a weapons felony firearm charge in June. The Grand Rapids Police Department said he will be charged as an adult.
