GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — Differences may set most people apart, but not in the case of Milly and Asher, two kids going through treatment at Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital in Grand Rapids.
“Pretty much since we first really met, it was like an unspoken understanding of … the challenges that we face without even knowing the back story,” Kimberly Bontrager, Asher’s mom, explained.
