Crawford Lake homeowner fears dip in property value amid drought concerns

KENT COUNTY, Mich. — David Slivinski is one of several homeowners raising concerns about the levels at Crawford Lake. He told 13 ON YOUR SIDE that he’s worried the dry conditions could drive property values along the inland lake shore down.

He said that it’s 18 inches below normal.

“We’re seeing the lake level this year as the lowest that we’ve seen since moving here in 2012,” Slivinski said…
