A Sweden-based software company is relocating its Grand Rapids offices to Bridgewater Place, where the company signed a five-and-a-half year lease for the space.
Configura is relocating its Grand Rapids offices to a nearly 16,000-square-foot space on the seventh floor of the office tower, located at 333 Bridge St. NW. The global company has six locations and 277 employees, with about 60 people working out of its Grand Rapids office.
With Configura’s lease, the building’s occupancy is 78.7%. Bridgewater Place’s owner has had an ongoing legal dispute with its lender following Corewell Health’s exit from the office building where it occupied about 55,000 square feet of space. The building has been under receivership since May…
