Teen gets prison for ‘horrible decision’ to flee police, causing deadly crash

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — A teen who was fleeing a freeway traffic stop in a stolen car when it crashed, killing his passenger, was sentenced Wednesday to a minimum of 10 years in prison.

Kent County jurors in March found Armani Brown guilty of four charges but found him not guilty of second-degree murder, a potential life offense.
