Addressing the Kent County Board of Commissioners, Sharon Smith explained what led to her arrest.
“I pulled up on about 10 unidentified men this week detaining a Hispanic man. I asked them who they were and what they were doing. They did not identify themselves. Their cars were unmarked. Some were masked. It’s what is happening around the country. Its terrifying.”…
