MLK Park Pool closed this weekend for maintenance

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — The MLK Park Pool in Grand Rapids will be closed through Sunday due to the “main circulation pump being inoperable,” the city’s parks and recreation department said on social media.

In a post on Facebook, the city of Grand Rapids Parks and Recreation Department said that the maintenance team is looking into the issue and determining a repair timeline.

Saturday’s swim lessons have been canceled. Once a repair timeline is determined, the city said it will reevaluate how to make up the class or refund it.
