GRAND RAPIDS, MI – The city of Grand Rapids is moving forward with a plan to redesign a highway segment that is driven by about 120,000 cars per day.
Engineers are proposing to flip the current configuration of the U.S. 131 interchange at Wealthy Street by lowering the street to at-grade level and elevating the interstate over it.
