How GPS tracker, surveillance were allegedly used in $266K burglary at restaurant owner’s Kent County home

KENT COUNTY, MI – In early December, a group of burglars broke into a Cascade Township home to steal $266,000 in cash, jewelry and other valuables – and used a saw to break into a gun safe, police say.

They had targeted a Grand Rapids-area restaurant owner for burglary after conducting surveillance and research at the victim’s home and business.
