Juicy treats, music, shows at Robinette’s Peach Festival

GRAND RAPIDS TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) — Robinette’s Apple Haus & Winery’s Peach Festival is back this weekend for its second year with juicy treats, music and more.

It all starts at 9:30 a.m. Saturday at Robinette’s on 4 Mile Road at East Beltline Avenue. That’s when you can meet the farm’s new apple-shaped mascot, Mac. Special peach treats like pies, turnovers, donuts and ice cream will be available starting at 10 a.m. and lasting through 4 p.m., when the festival ends.

You can watch a live performance by Nicholas James (dubbed Nicholas James & the Giant Peach on his website) from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. The farm encourages listeners to bring a lawn chair or blanket for the concert.
