Upcycle Bikes marks 3 years with over 2,500 bikes donated in Kent County

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Three years ago, a small bike non-profit in Grand Rapids set out with a simple idea: to give people in need a reliable way to get around. Since then, they’ve helped thousands of people.

The non-profit’s name is Upcycle Bikes, and their founder, Rick Armbruster, said they’re making an impact — one ride at a time.
