HOLLAND, Michigan — The man accused of breaking into two West Michigan gaming stores and stealing over $15,000 worth of merchandise learned his sentence.
Eric Joseph Cody, a 39-year-old from Grand Rapids, turned himself into law enforcement in January.
Cody was charged with one count of breaking and entering into a building with intent in Ottawa County. In Kent County, he pled guilty to breaking and entering, while charges of possessing burglar’s tools and being a four-time habitual offender were dropped…
