A suburban Grand Rapids residential developer is partnering with the owner of a local landscaping firm to develop nearly 53 acres of former farmland in Plainfield Township into for-sale townhomes and single-family dwellings starting around $350,000.
Wyoming-based JTB Homes and Interra Homes are helping property owner DJ Vander Slik develop a so-far-unnamed 103-unit housing project on three parcels at and around 3950 Kroes St. NE in Plainfield Township, just north of the Rockford Public Schools campus.
