GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Concerns over road construction and new medians up and down Plainfield Avenue have only grown since the summer.
“People are left-hand turning into Subway, tearing up my driveway continuously trying to do U-turns,” said a business owner Thursday afternoon. “They’re making my driveway a Michigan turnaround.”
