MUSKEGON TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) — Federal authorities are asking for help to find a man who is accused of opening fire on police officers in Muskegon Township earlier this month.
Around 1:15 a.m. Oct. 15, officers with the Muskegon Township Police Department were “investigating an incident” in the area of Apple Avenue and Shonat Street, according to the U.S. Marshals Service. That’s when 19-year-old Janari Spencer allegedly opened fire with an AR-style rifle, the agency says.
