GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — A food drive will be held by Michigan State Police through all of November for families and food banks in Southwest Michigan.
MSP’s Fifth District will hold collection sites at its posts in Paw Paw, Niles, Marshall, Wayland and district headquarters. Items can be dropped off in the lobby of each post Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. starting Nov. 1.
“In the spirit of the giving season, we’re asking our MSP family and the public to come together to help fill the shelves of our local food banks,” said Fifth District Commander Capt. Jeremy Carlisle. “Every item donated represents hope for a Michigan family this holiday season.”…
